Now that concert is over... it doesn't mean that everything is over.

It just means we're getting closer and closer to beijing.

AND.

I am beginning to realise that some of you all are becoming complacent. Ask you all to practice a wee bit more and you all start to complain. Not very nice eh? Audition results do not determine your standard. So what if we got an 83%?Don't compare yourselves to the band. Compare yourselves to perfection. NO matter what, you people must always strive to improve. Not just stay stagnant where you are.

You all have potential to do better than what you all are doing now. But what I have noticed so far is that you people are slackening. Don't forget, the sec 4/5s are leaving soon. What if you cannot manage as an individual? How do you expect to manage as a section? Then you might say... but we're quite good as compared to the others already what... Then if others compare themselves to each other. Then the comparison is so limited. There's no goal to reach. You people as an individual must set goals for yourselves to achieve in band. Afterall, band shouldn't just be another thing. It is PART OF YOUR LIFE.


heh. you might think im naggy or angry or whatever. However, I am just expressing my true opinion. I have nothing against any individual. But certainly, I do expect you all to put in more effort.

TAKE INITIATIVE.

DO THINGS with all your heart and mind and to the BEST of your ability.
Like that you'll find more fulfillment in what you do.so...



On the lighter note... Hope you all study hard and do well for mid years. =)
